Referral Practice

Our referral practice is open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm. To make appointments, please telephone us.

Information about our staff and the various sections of the hospital is also available.

Referral Forms

Forms for providing us with referral information are available. After completing the request forms (below), mail, email, or fax them to us first, then give them to your client to bring with them to their appointment. Email: vet-radiology@unimelb.edu.au. Fax: +61 3 9731 2377

An Ultrasound Only Referral service is available for appropriate cases, on an outpatient basis. Continued management of these cases remains the responsibility of the referring veterinarian. Please telephone the Diagnostic Imaging section to discuss the case and make an appointment. A reporting service is also available for radiographic, CT or MR images, reported by Radiology Specialists.
